As our Executive Director, Amy Lopez leverages over 23 years of expertise in merchant processing to lead our outstanding Operations and Concierge Support teams. With a deep passion for helping others, Amy is dedicated to resolving challenges and delivering seamless solutions.

Beginning her journey in Payment Solutions in 1999 as a telemarketer, Amy climbed the ranks through roles including Account Executive, Appointment Setter, Client Relations Manager, Manager of ISO Relations, Operations Manager, and Director of Partner Relations. Now, as Aces Payments' Director of Operations and Concierge Support, she brings her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence to our team. 

Amy is driven by a heartfelt passion for helping others, which fuels her eagerness to resolve issues and orchestrate solutions. Whether interacting with merchant customers, sales partners, employees, or contractors, Amy is dedicated to ensuring that the commitments of Aces Payments' company mission are not just promises, but realities.

Outside of the office, family time is paramount for Amy. She treasures moments spent with her husband and daughter, whether they’re playing games, watching Disney movies and family-friendly cartoons, or planning and organizing family events. An avid reader and a big kid at heart, Amy’s warmth and love for life are apparent both in her professional role and in her personal pursuits.
